Warm Audio Mod Series The Black Keys Peach Fuzz effects pedal

General

With the Warm Audio Mod Series The Black Keys Peach Fuzz, you can give your guitar a generous dose of seventies character. This limited-edition fuzz pedal was developed in collaboration with Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and builds on the Warm Audio Foxy Tone Box, which in turn takes its cue from the classic Foxx Tone Machine. From a subtle edge to saturated fuzz for heavy riffs: use the volume, sustain and mellow/brite tone controls to find your favourite sound. The peach-coloured velvet covering pays homage to The Black Keys’ album *Peaches! * and gives the redesigned, pedalboard-friendly housing a look that matches the vintage sound.

An octave higher, exactly when you want it

A unique feature of the Peach Fuzz is the octave-up function with momentary and latching controls. Leave the higher octave engaged or add it only whilst you hold down the footswitch. This allows you to emphasise a single note, riff or solo without constantly using the same sound. Beneath the velvet exterior, you’ll find NOS Fairchild 2N3565 transistors, germanium diodes, carbon resistors and film capacitors. The pedal is hand-assembled and tested in Austin, Texas. Thanks to true bypass, the effect remains out of your signal path when you switch it off. It can be powered by a 9V battery or a standard 9V DC pedal adaptor with a negative centre pin.
