General

The IRF-Dualtop wields the sound of Laney's popular Ironheart amps but comes in a more compact and portable transistor head housing. You get two channels with individual gain and volume controls, where Channel 1 sets you up with three different gain modes and Channel 2 gives you three different voicings. Add that to the pre-boost and 3-band EQ, and you have an amp head that covers a broad sonic spectrum with tight cleans at one end and fat rock sound at the other.

The Ironheart Foundy Dualtop: Practical Perks

Laney has outfitted this wee Ironheart Foundry Series amp with a number of ever-handy features, including the same springline reverb effect as the Laney Black Country Customs Secret Path, a built-in power attenuator so you can drop the 60W output capacity down to just 1W for practice sessions, a headphone output, an AUX input, and a DI output loaded with two Laney IRs: a 1x12 cab sim and a 4x12 cab sim. How's that for small yet versatile?

L'Ironheart Foundry Head 60W est hyper polyvalent!
Blues, Rock, Métal, ..., cette petite boîte est capable de répondre à toutes les attentes selon les réglages effectués.
La réponse et la dynamique de l'ampli sont presque comparables à un ampli à lampes.
Les 60W de la bête suffisent amplement pour l'entraînement personnel (grâce à son switch 1W), les répétitions en groupes et de petites ou moyennes représentations. Il peut également convenir à des représentations plus importantes via un système de sonorisation.
La réverbération est très agréable et naturelle.
Il dispose d'une sortie casque, d'une sortie DI avec simulation de cabinet assez convainquante pour envoyer le signal vers une table de mixage ou une carte son, d'une boucle d'effets et d'une entrée auxiliaire pour y brancher un lecteur externe.
Je l'utilise comme plate-forme pour mes pédales qui sont très bien prises en charge.
Je suis très satisfait de mon achat!
Avec cet Ironheart Foundry, Laney prouve une fois de plus qu'il se place en haut du classement des meilleurs fabricants d'amplis!
