Fazley 10928 FTL Butterscotch TE-Style Electric Guitar Body

Delivery excellent as always, the body is heavy and very well finished,very high gloss ( perhaps too high (?) the neck pickup cutout is not quite wide enough for a humbucker sized pickup but a little filing and sanding soon remedies that, I noted from previous reviews that the control panel cutout is narrow and shallow, and I made sure I used mini pots and and reduced depth switch, so no problem. The neck cutout ( on mine at least, it is a "B" stock item) is around 54 mm wide, which means a little more sanding is required, mainly just the excellent finish ( pity it wasn't masked off when the finish was applied) Overall, a really splendid, well finished, hefty but beautiful body, terrific value and highly recommended.

The Fazley Telecaster body was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived really quickly and was very well packaged. I still can’t get over how cheap the body was! It is well made and the finish is really good. It’s quite a heavy body, which might not suit everyone, but is reassuringly solid. On the downside, the control slot isn’t wide enough, or deep enough, to take full size pots or a three way switch. However, fitting mini pots and a small block switch sorts this minor issue. It’s a great price, a really good finish and something I’d recommend for anyone working on a Telecaster project.
