The AxLabs Tele-Style Bridge with Brass Compensated Saddles is a separate bridge for Tele®-style electric guitars, designed to replace or upgrade your current hardware. It features the classic ‘ashtray’ bridge design with a steel bridge plate and a string-through configuration, where the strings run through the body. This delivers that recognisable Tele® look and a direct response. The black finish also makes this bridge an excellent choice for guitars with dark hardware or a modern, sleek look.

Compensated brass saddles

This bridge is fitted with compensated brass saddles. Thanks to the compensation, intonation can generally be adjusted more precisely than with standard straight saddles, which can be a major advantage, particularly with Tele®-style bridges. Brass is also known for providing a warm foundation and a musical treble, ensuring your sound remains full whilst still cutting clearly through the mix. Ideal if you want to retain that classic Tele® snap, but with an intonation that’s more accurate across the entire neck.

Mounting: 4-hole and string-through

The AxLabs bridge is designed for Tele®-style bodies with a 4-hole mounting and a string-through (body-through) construction. If your guitar is compatible with this type of mounting, installation is usually straightforward. It’s a good idea to check beforehand whether the position of the four screw holes and the string-through holes matches your body, so that everything lines up neatly. That way, you can be sure of upgrading to a bridge with a classic feel and better intonation options without any surprises.
