This is the EBS DC1-48-9000-SERIES. This is a 2x 2.1 mm to 1x 2.1 mm voltage doubler power supply cable with a length of 48 centimetres, specifically intended for those effects pedals that need double the electrical voltage or number of Volts than the single isolated power outputs of your multi power supply provides. This does require both outputs of this power supply to be isolated and provide exactly the same amount of voltage (Volts) and current (Amps).
