The Dean Markley Artist Transducer is an exceptionally practical contact pickup that can be stuck onto the body of an acoustic string instrument without any problems! You can use it to amplify acoustic guitars, mandolins, cellos, violins, double basses, banjos and even pianos! As long as this round piezo pickup is stuck to an appropriate resonant surface, it accurately transfers the natural sound of your instrument to your mixer or amplifier.

Sticking the Artist on and removing it again

You needn't worry about the lacquer of your instrument; thanks to its special adhesive, the Artist Transducer can be stuck on and removed again without leaving any residue. This pickup has been around for about two decades, earning Dean Markley nothing but positive feedback on its attachment. The high-output piezo cell has a maple finish and is fitted with a 4-metre 6.3mm jack cable.
