DiMarzio DP151BK PAF Pro element
General
DiMarzio's PAF Pro is the element if you like to play fast licks or solos. This humbucker sounds clear and defined and reacts quickly to your attack. The lows are thick and the highs are clear without sounding shrill. The pickup has a point in the middle frequencies, a bit similar to a wah-wah pedal set in the middle.
Lots of effects
This element has a clear, transparent sound that holds up well in any situation. If you like to play with a lot of effects, then you wouldn't be wrong to consider DiMarzio's PAF Pro. Where other pickups can start to sound unclear after a long chain of pedals, this element holds up well. It is the right pickup if you like to play with a well-stocked pedalboard.
