DiMarzio DP155BK The Tone Zone element

General

The Tone Zone by DiMarzio is an element that belongs in the bridge position of your guitar. This humbucker has a high output. Unlike other high output elements, the Tone Zone is a lot more dynamic. Soft-hitting gives a warm, clean sound and if you hit harder, a powerful sound comes out of your amp.

Thick sound

DiMarzio's Tone Zone emphasises the low and mid-low frequencies. This makes chords on your guitar sound thick and full. The treble also sounds deep and has plenty of body. Yet this pickup reproduces enough overtones and a surprisingly sparkling sound comes from the warm-sounding pickups.
