F-spacing

What sets the DiMarzio DP155FBK apart from the DiMarzio DP155BK is the distance between the poles of the magnet. These are exactly in the right places if you have a Floyd Rose system on your guitar. Due to the so-called F-spacing, the strings lie exactly over the poles so that each string is picked up optimally.
