General

With this DiMarzio Paul Gilbert Injector Strat Replacement Pickguard pickguard set, you replace the pickups of your ST-style guitar in one go. This pickguard set consists of pickups designed with guitarist Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big, Racer X). In the bridge position is the DP423W Injector Bridge pickup, which has a wide dynamic range and works very well for solos. In the neck is the DP422W Injector Neck pickup. In terms of clean sound, this element is very well balanced and has about 40% less magnetic pull than standard single coils. The latter is particularly important for allowing notes played at high speed to retain definition via pick-attack. In the middle position is a DP419W Area 67 element, which adds a bit of vintage character.
