Product information

General

With the Vintage Strat Replacement Pickguard from DiMarzio, you easily replace your pickups in one go. The set consists of an ST-style pickguard including knobs and five-position switch and three vintage-style single coil pickups. The entire guitar features True Velvet single coil pickups, with the DP176W True Velvet Bridge, the DP175SW True Velvet Middle and the DP175W True Velvet Neck. These elements are designed not to get too shrill above the 12th fret - as many vintage pickups are. DiMarzio achieved this by placing the coils in a perfect sweet spot, where the sound does not become too thin, but therefore not too piercing either. The installation of the pickguard and pickups is completely solderless.
