Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Humbucker Set, 1-Conductor Cable - Black

General

The Seymour Duncan Slash 3.0 Humbucker Set has been developed for guitarists who want that iconic Slash tone, but with just a little bit more punch. This set comprises a neck and bridge humbucker and is the most aggressive and high-output variant in the Slash series, without losing the clarity and honesty of his signature sound. Expect tighter lows, a faster attack and more bite; ideal for heavy rock riffs, thick leads and a tone that cuts effortlessly through a band mix.

Designed for vintage-style guitars

In terms of construction, the Slash 3.0 follows the design of classic humbuckers. It features long mounting legs for an authentic fit in vintage-style guitars, such as Les Paul and SG models (Les Paul®/SG® style). The 1-conductor braided shield hook-up cable is also a nod to traditional wiring. This makes the set particularly appealing to players seeking a no-nonsense humbucker upgrade with a clear rock focus, without any complicated extra wiring.

Handbuilt in the USA, with a classic finish

Each pickup is hand-built in Santa Barbara (USA) using classic construction methods, including wooden spacers, traditional components and vacuum wax potting to prevent microphony. At its core is a rough-cast Alnico V magnet, with a DC resistance of 9.62 kOhm (bridge) and 8.8 kOhm (neck). Please note: the shape and size of replacement pickups may vary slightly; please therefore check the technical drawing. Please also note that returns are generally not accepted if the cable has been cut or soldered, or if the item is damaged.
