General
The Seymour Duncan STL-1B SET Vintage Broadcaster is an authentic replica of the original Fender Broadcaster pickups from the late 1940s, the predecessor to the Telecaster. The larger, flat-oriented magnets deliver a characteristic nasal twang, growling mids, plenty of sustain and just a touch more output than a standard Telecaster pickup. The soft, warm neck pickup with an open top harmonises perfectly with the bridge pickup, making it ideal for traditional country and chicken pickin’ styles, whilst also being suitable for blues, surf, pop and rockabilly.
