The CTS USA CTS250-A66 Potentiometer has a 250 kOhm resistance and no-load design, setting it up for modding or repairing electric guitars and basses loaded with single-coil pickups - including vintage original spec Stratocaster models. The no-load configuration responds like a true-bypass circuit between settings 9 and 10, so there are no audible clicks while making volume and tone tweaks, while the .250 inch short bushing and dished back support pickguard mounting and the split shaft ensures that this high-grade American-made potentiometer stays firmly in place once installed.

  • Please note: This potentiometer has an American shaft (fine) with 24-tooth knurling and a 3/8" (9.53mm) diameter screw and is only compatible with American guitars with matching pot caps.
