After the success of the NATAS and MESHUGGAH pedals, Fortin is proud to present the Kali, the third chapter in its renowned Pre-Amp series. This pedal is designed to make the authentic sound and feel of the renowned Fortin amps readily available on your pedalboard. The Kali has its origins in the Fortin Cali amp, a design deeply rooted in the rich history of amp modification, inspired by the work of pioneers like Jose Arredondo. The result is a versatile pedal that switches effortlessly between the bright, sparkling tones of classic rock and the heavy, saturated sounds required for the most demanding metal genres.

Kali: wide range of possible sounds

The Kali's tonal flexibility allows you to forge your own sound. With three separate gain modes (VINT, SAT, RAW), each equipped with its own bright switch with three positions, you have a wide palette of textures at your disposal. The active 3-band EQ offers precise control over the entire frequency spectrum, allowing you to completely tweak the sound to your liking. For those moments when you just want to go a step further, there is an additional footswitch that activates a hefty dose of extra gain. The Kali delivers the signature Fortin 'thump' and a wide range of tonal possibilities, designed for the guitarist who doesn't want to compromise.
