General
NitorLACK N260804108 Nitrocellulose Lacquer Heritage Cherry is a clear lacquer, popular with guitarists who want to recreate the iconic Gibson SG and Heritage Cherry Sunburst styles. This 500ml tin is designed for those who wish to finish an electric guitar themselves, using a colour based on original shades from the 1950s and 1960s. The lacquer emphasises the character of the wood grain and reacts to the underlying colour and tone of the wood, ensuring authentic vintage results. Designed for use with spray equipment, the lacquer delivers a professional, durable finish. Thin the product as required with NitorLACK solvents and apply under optimal conditions (15–25 °C, 50–70% relative humidity) for a smooth, glossy finish.
