General

This Sela Unity Steel Tongue Drum measures 13 inches and is made of high-quality steel with an attractive black finish. This tongue drum is tuned at 432 Hz in C minor, a scale that gives an inspiring and thoughtful sound. In total, the drum has 11 'tongues' that you can play through the supplied mallets (2 sets). Because the tongues are tuned to each other, you can't actually 'cheat' on the instrument itself, so it's ideal if you're a beginner! The tongue drum is suitable for children, sound therapy or, for example, soundbaths. The underside of the tongue drum has soft rubber feet.
