The Electro Harmonix Headphone Amp is a practical little device that allows you to quietly practise your guitar playing without bothering anyone.

How does the Electro Harmonix Headphones Amp work?

The EHX Headphone Amp is powered by a single, replaceable 9V battery. Plug your guitar into the 6.3mm jack input and listen to your own sound via the 3.5mm jack headphone output. The Headphone Amp is quite easy to control: a single knob controls the volume, the rest is up to you and your guitar.

Wauw! Echt een handige versterker in zakformaat. Zoals André B zegt zou je best een speaker ermee kunnen aandrijven naast alleen oordopjes, en dat doet dit apparaat prima! Ik gebruik het als jam versterker in mijn woonkamer en als ik on the road wil spelen. Aanrader!

Alle gekheid op een stokje maar als je wilt weten wat dit doosje echt onder de deksel heeft zul je met de Mw's van je koptelefoon beduidend aan de royale kant moeten zitten. Mijn AKG K 400, 200 Microwatt gaf er na 12u al de brui aan. Onvergelijkelijke sound, dat wel, maar te zacht. Evenzo de dopjes met 40 Mw.
Met 1200 Mw 60Ohm zit ik nu ruim in het jasje met de stratocaster. Je begint al te denken om met de
EHarmonix Headamp een gewone luidspreker aan te drijven.
