General

Specifically designed for Air Traffic Control, the Sennheiser HME 46 3 headset can be used in two-channel mode, comes fitted with a two-piece headband and soft ear cushions, so these open headphones can be worn in comfort for long periods. Both ear cups can also be rotated out of the way so operators are able to hear what's going on in the room and monitor the channel at the same time, while the discrete condenser microphone has been mounted onto a flexible arm and features a supercardioid polar pattern that ensures efficient feedback suppression and captures speech with clarity - even when working quietly in noisy environments. This model also features Sennheiser's ActiveGard function, which can be activated to protect the wearer's hearing. The Sennheiser HME 46 3 headset comes including a 185cm connection cable with no plug.
