Disclaimer: eerste ervaring met een echte "high quality" headset, en refurbished aangeschaft, dus met fikse korting.
Positief
Voor mij zeker een eye-opener: bij verschillende nummers waar ik reeds jaren naar luister hoor ik nu ineens zaken die ik nooit voorheen gehoord heb:
- Dreams / Fleetwood Mac - geneurie in het begin van de song, variaties in de bas, harmoniën zijn duidelijk hoorbaar, oooooh prechorus etc...
- Icon / Daan - Meerstemmigheid & verscheidene strings etc zijn nu veel duidelijker...
- Nothing Really Ends / Deus - vooral de harmonie komt naar boven
Dus qua geluid voor mij zeker een topper; alles klinkt superstrak... Nog nooit zo'n definitie gehoord...
De mic is supergevoelig & veel beter dan mijn voormalige HP headset - nogmaals: ik heb niet echt een referentiekader.
Neutraal
De schelpen zijn niet overdreven groot, die zouden voor mij iets groter mogen. De earpads zijn wel super comfortabel.
Minpuntjes
Je moet de kabels en de micro er hard inklikken. Eerst had ik problemen omdat ik ze er niet hard genoeg in gedrukt had en zowel de klant als de micro ondermaats waren. Ik heb dan ook het gevoel dat de slechte reviews die ik hier zie dit probleem hadden.
Positief

Voor de prijs een slechte headset. De oorschelpen zijn aan de kleine kant, er zit een tè flinke bas in zonder enige aanpassingen waardoor veel geluiden niet zijn zoals ze horen te zijn, de kwaliteit van de microfoon is ook ondermaats vergeleken met veel 'gaming' headsets, daarnaast zit er geen volumebediening op de headset. Al met al erg jammer, twee sterren omdat zelfs met een korting van 29% het product nog €177 kost.

Degelijke headset. Handig dat de microfoon los kan. Het apparaat heeft geen noise cancelling, dat is niet nodig, het sluit dusdanig goed af dat er weinig omgevingsgeluid doorkomt.
Deze headset zit erg comfortabel, kan het prima een aantal uren ophouden.
