With these 14-inch Sabian Stratus Hats, you get a set of hi-hats that are very versatile and moderate in volume. This makes these hi-hats very handy to use in certain studio settings, but also on a small stage, for instance. The Stratus Hats have a fine stick definition that is not too overpowering. The top hat is medium thin and the bottom hat is medium heavy. They are made of a B20 bronze alloy and hammered via the 'high impact hammering' technique.
