This Gibraltar SC-3M1410SS is a heavy-duty 3.0 mm steel drum shell for the resonant side (snare side) of your snare drum. The triple-flanged construction gives you more projection and a better focused snare response, while sustain is shortened and distracting overtones are reduced. The low-profile flange provides a pleasant rimshot feel, clear rim articulation and helps keep your sticks whole for longer. Suitable for both live and studio snare sets.
