General

The S-Hoop tension rim is triple flanged, but where the top fold usually bends outwards, with the S-Hoop it is inwards. This gives it the strength of a die-cast model and the same stable tuning. The S-Hoop offers extra protection of the carrying edge of your kettle, but also ensures less wear on your sticks during rimshots. Moreover, with this tensioning edge, you get a less severe shock in your wrist and forearm.The SH126 has a 12-inch diameter and 6 tensioning holes. It is made of steel and chrome-plated.
