General

The Xvive U4 Set R2 comes with the uber-compact U4T transmitter and two U4R receivers, allowing two performers to use the same wireless monitor-mix. All you need is two good sets of in-ears. The transmitter can be connected directly to an output of a mixer without the need for cables and, since the system comes with six channels, you can use up to six transmitters simultaneously and send separate monitor mixes to six receivers. The U4T and U4R both have a built-in battery that functions for four hours when fully charged and can be recharged using the included USB cable.

Prima systeem ,vanuit een monitor uitgang van de mengtafel. werkt goed en geen gesleep met monitorspeakers.

Een duidelijke meerwaarde in gebruik van een modern anno 2021 in-ear systeem
Zeker een aanrader, ondanks dat in-ear systeem gebruik mogelijk enige gewenning/feeling aandient bij sommige muzikanten die jaren gewoon zijn met een standaard monitor te werken
Pro:
-geen extra stroomdraden-antenne gedoe , XLR kabels meer
-Heeft echt een stevige solide body (metaal) geen plastic gedoe
-Voelt ook heel pro aan de draai volume knop, on en off switch
-status led batterij en verbinding
-Directe connectie met elkaar bij aan zetten
-Vlot switchen van kanaal op 1 drukknop
-Gaat zoals omschreven makkelijk non-stop een 5 + plus run time mee
-Het monitor gedoe ermee volledig uitgespaart, heel handig in klein plaatsen waar de optredens zijn
- Op repetities een te overwegenalternatief kwestie geluid, buren ,omgeving op voorwaarde dat elk aanwezig instrument aangesloten is op uw mixer ( ook de akoestische traditionele drums) het scheelt als standaard monitors uit staan)
- Eindelijk es een zeer stevige solide beltclip die je zeker niet stuk of scheef zal trekken
- 4 jaar on line registratie garantie
- een enorm fysiek/plaats besparend voordeel voor de muzikant/geluidtechnicus om traditionele monitors te beperken

Contra:
- Nimmer 'vergeten' deze telkens ook tijdig op te laden voor gebruik
-Binnen 'zichtbereik' te blijven omwille van wifi signaal op 2,4ghz (had deze graag op 5 ghz)
- beperkt tot 6 kanalen, graag had ik hier toch minstens een meervoud in kanaalkeuze gezien
- Persoonlijk zou ik dit niet echt voor prof. aanraden omwille van de wifi voor dagdagelijks gebruik (ondanks een briljante keuze van de kanaal frequenties)
- de interne batterij met een extra long life duur , die je zelf wel mogelijk kan vervangen als je een handige Harry blijkt.... zie filmpjes op You tube (4 jaar garantie)
- Soms met meerdere zenders is mijn praktijk aanrader deze met een korte XLR kabel een metertje uit elkaar te plaatsten, natuurlijk kan men ook gewoon bij een interventie storing op een bepaald kanaal zoeken nog voluit voor de andere 5 kanalen gaan
- eenvoudige drukknop kanalen kiezer, persoonlijke liever een draaiknop zoals volume knop erop gezien
-Hou altijd rekening dat tussen mixvrouw-man en uw band er zich publiek bevindt met menig gsm aanwezig
