While it comes including a drum clip, the DPA CORE 4099D Clip-On Microphone is able to handle such a high SPL that, when combined with other clips, it can take on an array of louder instruments. Used for close-miking tom drums or percussion, this Extreme SPL model can take up to 152 decibels without distorting and makes things sound bigger than ever. The included DPA DC4099 clip is also compatible with pretty much any kind of drum hoop.
