The Zero-G Epica is a virtual synthesizer with an incredible sound. It comes with over 600 excellent patches - including atmospheric pads, roaring leads, deep bass, sequences and effects - which can all be tweaked at will using the clear graphic interface. Epica: 17,000 samples
Zero-G Epica's sound bank consists of no fewer than 17,000 high-grade samples of analogue synthesizers and other hardware. They were all manually edited, looped and layered, and each sample has its own rich timbre and unique characteristics. As such, this virtual instrument really stands out from the masses.
Native Instruments Kontakt software
In order to run Zero-G Epica, you'll need Native Instruments' Kontakt 5 software. A free version, the Kontakt 5 Player, is available for download here. Kontakt 5 functions as a stand-alone, but can also be run as a plugin in virtually any DAW, as it supports various formats. Unlike many other virtual synths, Epica doesn't need any effects to blow you away - it sounds just as good without any editing.

Wrote the following about Zero-G Epica software synth (download)
Wordt als download aangeboden, op de (digitale) pakbon een code voor activering en een code om te downloaden. Dit ging bij mijn niet goed want de downloadcode was niet correct verstuurd (kan gebeuren). Helpdesk moeten bellen, duurde wel even want het was blijkbaar niet zo makkelijk om de code te verkrijgen. Uiteindelijk toch gelukt maar ik vind het nogal omslachtig.....
Je dient wel Kontakt 5 player (gratis) te installeren als je deze nog niet hebt.
hieronder vind je een song waarin ik deze VST heb gebruikt, icm. de (ook bij BAX aangeschafte) Trigger Finger Pro van M-Audio.
