I received the chair in good order. Not exactly as expected. Only the stool section folds away. The backrest remains upright in a rigid position. Comfortable chair. Easy to put together. Excellent customer service.

Stoel kwam binnen goed verpakt, helaas bij monteren was de stelschroef voor de rugleuning al dolgedraaid. Dus rugleuning kan niet worden gebruikt. In en uitklappen gaat goed tot je moet borgen. Borgpen zit niet solide waardoor je elke keer in/uitklappen moet zoeken naar gat om te borgen. Al met al beetje zonde van het geld en zou zeker een ander type stoel aanraden

nu, 4 weken later is het nog steeds in behandeling. ik kan mij niet aan de indruk onttrekken dat Bax wacht met hun conclusie totdat de termijn is verstreken dat je
