General
The PSR-E263 keyboard is an excellent model for beginners. It has 61 keys, 400 sounds, and 130 various accompaniment styles to play with. Yamaha equipped this keyboard with their special Education Suite lesson function that helps you learn how to play the right notes and chords in the right tempos. What's more, it also has a duo-mode that splits the keyboard into two identical sets of keys for lessons with a tutor. The controls and buttons are clear and intuitive, making this keyboard easy to use.
Yamaha PSR-E263: Tons of fun
The 400 sounds in this Yamaha PSR-E263 include instruments like pianos, organs, and accordions, but that's not all. There are also guitars, string instruments, wind instruments or drum and percussion sounds. Accompany yourself with the rhythm of your choice or an entire orchestra simply by striking a chord with your left hand. Adjust the tempo as desired, select an intro, an ending, and drum fills, and you can create your own songs from scratch!
Possibilities
The PSR-E263 is equipped with two speakers, but you can also connect a set of headphones. On the back, there are several inputs including an aux for an MP3 player, tablet, smartphone, or other audio source so you can play along with your favourite music. There is also an input for a separately-available sustain pedal and the included adapter.
