General

Start young and gain skills for life, especially when you start with an instrument like the Yamaha PSR-E283 keyboard. For a small investment, you gain masses of options, teaching programmes and pure playing pleasure. Rather than kitting out young, budding musicians with a set of smaller keys, this model comes with a set of standard-sized keys to help train your fingers - meaning that this keyboard is anything but a toy.

The Yamaha PSR-E283 Keyboard

More than 40 different sounds come pre-loaded in, opening up a colossal range of options, whether you're playing with piano sounds, strings, a brass section, or guitars - the list goes on. This keyboard also comes with some sound-enhancing features, like 32-voice polyphony, which is more than enough to support everything from pop songs to classical pieces. Next to all of that, you get a bank of 150 rhythms and accompaniments that span a range of different styles as well as 122 onboard demo songs. Another brilliant bonus is the built-in exercises, where this keyboard quizzes you on your playing knowledge, helping new musicians get to grips with the basics, and more experienced pianists to improve their skills.

Fast & Easy

This keyboard also offers a set of fast and easy controls, granting direct access to a host of features without having to endlessly scroll through complex menus. A set of speakers has also been integrated into the design, but for more private playing, you can just as easily plug in a pair of headphones while an external audio player can be hooked up to the AUX mini-jack port so you can play along with your favourite songs. To finish, the Yamaha PSR-E283 keyboard also comes including a music rest.

Yamaha PSR-E283 Keyboard

Bought a Yamaha keyboard for my grandaughter as she began to show a interest in playing the keyboard in school. The best Christmas present I could have ever bought. She has already played a beautiful piece of music after just one day. Kippevel!!

Yamaha PSR-E283 Keyboard

Prima keyboard voor onze zoon die pas op keyboardles zit. Handig in gebruik en duidelijke beschrijving in het boekje over alle knopjes en functies. Wij zijn er blij mee!
