Really good. Very robust and heavy. The only downside is that you need to position the arms such that it doesn't topple over, although the base-plate is heavy enough to give you quite a large range of positions without that happening.

I ended up using a clamp from another stand to hold the base-plate in place on my desk, for extra security.
