The Audio Technica AT2050 is a large-diaphragm studio microphone with three switchable pickup patterns. Dependent on the recording source, you can select an omnidirectional, cardioid and figure-8 pickup pattern, making the AT2050 highly versatile. Its technical specifications confirm this: the maximum SPL may equal 149 dB, but when the pad is switched on it is increased to 159 dB. Signal distortion hardly ever occurs.
AT2050: Characteristics
This Audio Technica condenser microphone has two durable capsules which are mounted back to back - the basis for a figure-8 pickup pattern. A switchable high-pass filter and the aforementioned pad (-10 dB) make the unit easy to use. From vocals and acoustic instruments to guitar amplifiers at high volumes - the AT2050 is not easily scared off and offers great studio flexibility at an attractive price.

Eventuele minpuntjes zijn de schakelaars op deze microfoon, deze zijn sterk maar niet heel fijn om te schakelen, dit komt omdat de schakelaars vrijwel helemaal in de sleuf verwerkt zitten zodat de microfoon in de shockmount past.
Via pakjegemakje opgehaald bij een c1000 in de buurt, erg handig.
Ben erg blij met mijn aankoop!
