General

Similar to the much more costly MA-1000, the warm-sounding Mojave MA-300 tube condenser microphone has a continuously variable pickup pattern selector and offers low cut and a pad switch to adjust the sound to your instrument. When close-miking, any excess lows can be easily filtered out while the pad switch prevents the MA-300 from going into overdrive because of a loud sound source. This Mohave mic sounds richly warm and reminiscent of classic mics from the '50s and '60s. Each one is extensively tested and burned in and, once approved, comes complete with a power supply and shock mount in a luxurious case.
