They need be jealous no more, however, as Cort has introduced the MBC-1 LH, a left-handed version of Matthew Bellamy's Signature guitar in matte black. This special model has been designed in collaboration with the renowned Manson Guitar Works to produce an instrument that matches Bellamy's requirements fully. The basswood body produces a unique, somewhat airy sound, while the maple neck adds brightness, and the rosewood fretboard a touch of warmth.

The MBC-1 is fitted with a TOM bridge and locking tuners for a solid sound with excellent tuning stability. Two Manson pickups are fitted; a humbucker in the bridge position that delivers a full sound and a single-coil at the neck for some classic brightness. There's also a kill button on board that lets you cut the signal, allowing you to create some interesting sound effects.
