General

The DVA Mini by dB Technologies is a clever, compact hybrid PA solution consisting of both an active and a passive array speaker. The manufacturer describes this as the line array for everyone, as it is compact, easy to use and offers powerful sound. The big advantage is that with the DVA Mini there's a particularly light array available for bands and musicians. The DVA Mini, with active and passive modules, is equipped with two 6.5-inch woofers and two 1-inch drivers - each with light yet powerful neodymium magnets.

dB Technologies DVA Mini: Freely Configurable and Incredibly Efficient

The active M2M module consists of a 400W amplifier, which is indeed a Class D model. It is extremely efficient and has very low heat generation. Furthermore, on the back you'll find connections for audio (XLR in/out), configuration of the set (USB) and the input for the passive M2S module. This affordable array can be completely configured to fit your needs and the needs of your audience. Flying the system is also incredibly easy thanks to the integrated Fast-Lock hardware.

Ideaal voor de wat kleinere conferentie zalen, Aula's , kleine clubs en DJ werk.
Speaker is qua prijs zeker uniek. Voor 1700 euro 2x stuks en een frame is zeker niet verkeerd.

-Klinkt als DB
-Brede spreiding
-redelijke power zeker een flinke sub a 2x 15 is nodig bij 4 topjes per kant
-Je kan hem in je 1tje rigging dat is vrij uniek in arrays's

- punten
Mis net het frisse in het hoog, EQ is verreist om dit toch al wat volwassener te laten klinken. DBX driverack doet wonderen
-Powercon chassis delen goedkoop.
-Er zijn geen Stack frames enkel vlieg frames of sub/top combi.

De set mogen luisteren in Goes, inmiddels door Dennis laten overhalen toch overstag gegaan naar de RCF HDL 10 :).

We hebben deze eens kunnen beluisteren bij kenissen en wat een geluid komt hier uit!
Strakke verhouding tussen hoog en laag.
Deze geeft alle frequenties mooi weer.
