General

The IMG Stageline L-RAY/1000 is a professional active line array, suitable for small to medium-sized venues and events. Its compact size makes this array quite flexible to use, whether for a festival setting or as a fixed installation - and is very competitive at this price point in the process. The array has an RMS of 700 watts, a peak power of 1000 watts and a frequency range of 50 Hz to 25 kHz. The array basically consists of two parts: the subwoofer and the mid/high speakers, which each have 350 watts at their disposal. The subwoofer consists of 2 x 20 cm (8-inch) speakers and the four other speakers feature 8 x 10 cm (4-inch) speakers and 4 x magnetostatic speakers as tweeters. The result is a very dynamic and accurate sound reproduction.

IMG Stageline L-RAY/1000 control and connections

The IMG Stageline L-RAY/1000 is controlled via DSP software. This means that the system can be configured via a PC/laptop via the RS-485 interface, but in addition it simply works as a standalone unit. Within the software, you have access to a 6-band PEQ, high pass and lowpass filters, leveling, compression and limiting and timing delay. Speaker cables with NEUTRIK SPEAKON connectors are included and allow you to connect the speakers to each other and to the subwoofer. Connection to the mains is via a POWERCON connector: a matching AAC-115P cable is included for this purpose.

Mounting and fixing

The system is supplied with a robust mounting frame that is suitable for a suspended installation as well as for floor and stage applications. The angle of the array elements can be adjusted in 1-degree increments. The individual components are locked with quick-release pins. A suspended installation of just the array elements is also possible, without the subwoofer. With the accessories LR-1000U and KM-21367 (sold separately), the system can also be stacked on the floor.
