General

The Walrus Audio Xero Poly Looper is an innovative dual-channel stereo looper that gives your creativity a big boost. With fully independent per-channel control, stereo panning, variable playback speed, reverse playback and three flexible loop modes, the Xero is designed for guitarists and musicians who want to colour outside the lines. The intuitive controls via foot pedals allow you to stay fully focused on your music, without getting lost in menus or tricky settings.

Xero with two separate channels

With two separate loop channels, you have full control over every layer you add. Each loop can last up to three minutes and you can overdub indefinitely. For each channel you set the volume, pan and playback speed (0.5x, 1x or 2x), as well as reverse playback. So you can use loops individually or together to create layered compositions, which you can adjust in real time. The footswitches give you direct access to record, playback, stop, undo or activate FX. And want even more control? Then just plug in an external dual-footswitch for even smoother live control.

Three modes

The Xero supports three loop modes for different workflows: Sync mode keeps loops perfectly in tune, Unsynced mode gives you total freedom and Poly mode lets you create creative polyrhythms like 3:4 or 5:7. Thanks to the multicolour LED indicator per channel, you can always see exactly what's happening - even on a dark stage. With MIDI support and a powerful Speed FX section that lets you slow down, speed up or reverse loops, you have everything you need to radically transform your sound live or in the studio.
