The Vic Firth M4 mallets for vibraphone and marimba very soft large round head deliver subtle and mellow sounds. This makes the M4 model of the American Custom Mallet series the right tool for playing piano-simo passages with extreme refinement. The large soft head made of hard-wearing 3-ply nylon has a strong damping effect and is slightly oval in shape. With Vic Firth's M4 mallets, you will know how to reproduce every piano simo passage in optima forma.
