General

The Grover 409FCW tuning machines are designed for standard ‘F’-style mandolins and offer reliable, stable tuning for both performances and everyday use. This set comprises eight tuning machines – four for the left-hand side, four for the right – featuring a convenient 4-on-a-plate design. Thanks to the open design and the specially developed worm gear, you’ll enjoy smooth, precise tuning. The 18:1 gear ratio makes precise tuning easy, whilst the white knobs and chrome finish complement virtually any mandolin effortlessly. The mounting sleeves have a diameter of 8.3 mm and the centre-to-centre distance is 23 mm.
