The Grover 409FVGW tuning machines are designed for the popular vintage ‘F’-style mandolins. They feature an open design and a specially developed worm gear, ensuring smooth and precise tuning. The set comprises eight tuners, divided into four left-hand and four right-hand tuners—ideal for the characteristic 4-on-a-plate mounting. Thanks to the 18:1 gear ratio, you can tune your strings very precisely with ease. The round, white plastic knobs and gold-coloured finish give your instrument a luxurious look, whilst the mounting components fit perfectly thanks to their standard dimensions.
