These Grover 409VCW Professional machine heads are open mandolin tuning mechanisms in the standard 4+4 configuration, specifically designed for vintage ‘A’-style mandolins with equal string lengths. The set comprises two 4-on-a-plate plates (4 on the left, 4 on the right) with a specially designed worm gear ratio for precise tuning (18:1). Finished in chrome and fitted with round white plastic knobs for a classic look.
