Eastwood's Seafoam Green Mandocaster (we're not making this up) is a crossover between an electric guitar and a mandolin. As if that wasn't special enough, the body of this Limited Edition was adorned with a stunning Seafoam Green finish. In all other respects, it offers all the tasty bits of the regular Mandocaster. This popular electric mandolin is characterised by a solid, electric guitar-style body with single-coil pickups and - just like on the classic mandolin - four pairs of strings.

Mandocaster Seafoam Green: an electric mandolin

Standard, the Mandocaster has the same tuning as a normal mandolin: the violin tuning, G-D-A-E. Each pair of strings has the same pitch, allowing for distinctive tremolo effects. A striking feature of this guitar is its bridge, enabling you to adjust each saddle separately for an accurately tuned instrument. The single-coil pickups send out a clear, dynamic and transparent sound to your guitar amplifier, aided by the strong and balanced base sound of the alder body.
