General

Specifically designed for small-diaphragm condenser microphones, the Radius RAD-1 shockmount provides an unrivalled level of isolation that's ideal for boom pole mounting. Clamp your microphone securely in the hoops via two rubber-padded clips and be assured that it's firmly gripped and unable to shift around mid-shoot. Two sets of shock-dampening hoops have been included, each with a different level of rigidity so the RAD-1 can be adapted to match the weight of the microphone you're working with. This professional shockmount has been made from thermoplastic elastomer shaped via high-precision injection moulding and combines with engineered components to bring the weight right down to a near-unnoticeable level, making it perfect for more rough sound production.
