General

The Radius RAD-3 is a pistol grip shockmount for shotgun microphones and small-diaphragm microphones. The RAD-3 allows you to use your shotgun or pencil microphone in the same direct way as a handheld microphone but without the handling noise. Ideal for sound adventures where you don't know exactly what to expect. The shockmount is made of almost indestructible plastic. No elastic is used so there are no components to rot or wear out. The two scratch-free clips with rubber strap ensure that your microphone stays in place even under the most extreme conditions.
