General

The Rycote Overcovers are specifically designed to fasten small lavalier microphones to your clothing and keep them in place with what Rycote affectionately call a 'Stickie'. When the Stickie is removed, it leaves no trace of glue residue or stains and won't irritate the skin of your guests. These Overcovers and Stickies are strongly recommended for outdoor recordings in windy environments.

Wind Reduction

The fuzzy Overcover, also called a Windjammer, ensures excellent wind noise reduction and can fit microphones with a diameter of up to 4.5mm and a length of up to 15mm. The reusable Overcovers come in a pack of 6 (2 white, 2 grey and 2 black) and 30 attachment Stickies.

Wrote the following about Rycote Lavalier Overcovers (Pack of 6)

Ik had altijd veel last van flakkerend windgeruis op mijn (kleine) videocamera. Ik heb geen aansluiting voor een externe microfoon, dus daar kon ik het niet mee oplossen. Toen kocht ik onlangs deze set. Ik heb van de plakkers het midden uitgeknipt en de zo ontstane rondjes om de microfoongaatjes geplakt. Daarover de wat bijgeknipte overcovers geplakt. Het resultaat is verbluffend! Vrijwel geen windgeruis meer. Zeker een aanrader!
