When you take your Sony PCM D50 digital recorder with you to make indoor or outdoor recordings, naturally you'll want to reduce any noise to a minimum. This Portable Recorder Audio Kit by Rycote enables you to do so. It allows you to quickly mount your digital recorder on a (DV) camera, stand or boom arm. Many journalists and film makers have already used this great kit to make gorgeous, silent recordings. The kit is also available for different types of digital handheld audio recorders.

The highly complete Portable Recorder Audio Kit

The Portable Recorder Audio Kit offers wind noise protection in the shape of a Mini Windjammer®, (specially designed for the Sony PCM D50), and also contains a suspension, a hot shoe adapter and a soft-grip extension handle. Using this kit, you can easily mount your recorder on a microphone stand or boom arm, or - by means of the adapter - on the hot shoe of a camera or camcorder. The soft-grip extension handle is fitted with an eye that can keep, for instance, the cord of your headphones in place, so it won't cause any noise while you're recording.
