General
Roland's UM-ONE mk2 USB MIDI interface has MIDI inputs and outputs and a powerful FPT processor. It's extremely compact and easy to use and the integrated FTP processor ensures minimal latency. This interface is compatible with Mac and Windows and you can use it with iOS devices such as the iPad. For the latter, you will need the Camera Connection Kit, which is sold separately. The simple, yet powerful interface is small in size and very comprehensive. It comes with all the necessary cables, so it's simply a matter of plug-and-play. Connect it to your computer, install the drivers and you're good to go! The interface is easy to use and powered by USB for optimal user-friendliness!
Tips or comments about this product- Please note: to connect this interface to your iPod, you will need the Apple Camera Connection Kit, which is sold separately.

Perfect, just what I needed to connect my Yamaha SY55 to my Desktop PC.
The SY55 only has Midi 5 pin Din connections, so needed this to connect this to the PCs USB port, this apparently only works on USB2 which wasn't a problem for me.
However I did have to get the latest driver (for Win 10 64 bit) from the Roland website, shame there wasn't a sticker on the box directing the purchaser of this product to the correct download required, anyway downloaded /installed and it works perfectly.

This is not a particularly cheap interface cable but the quality certainly justifies that. (I originally tried a much cheaper version of this type of cable but it didn't work so, lesson learned... don't skimp on quality gear).
Once the driver software had been installed, the Roland UM-One MIDI Interface MkII worked without problems allowing me to connect and edit the programme settings of my old Zoom b9.1ut MultiFX pedal.
I'm very happy with it.

The product works fine with my yamaha electric piano. The only criticism I have is that the disc supplied with it was out of date. When I put it into my macbook proI got the message that my operating system was not supported. I went onto the Roland site to download the drivers and that worked fine. Gained a coaster though, which is what I will use the disc for!

Ideal for completely removing USB ground loop / electrical noise from audio sources (such as synthesizers in my case) by converting 2-way MIDI communication from USB to 5-pin.

Kabel was later geleverd, lag niet aan Bax, maar aan PostNL die er een potje van maakte.
Afijn, pakket uitgepakt en kabel op laptop aangesloten met USB aansluiting. Even wachten en klaar. Mijn MIDI keyboard werkt prima, geen vertraging en de pitch-bend werkt ook goed (heb reviews van andere kabels gelezen waar dit niet zou werken).
Helemaal tevreden!

Eindelijk het probleem verholpen met de connectie tussen mijn Access Virus C en Aura editor. Steeds foutmeldingen maar deze kabel aangesloten tussen beide en alles werkt in 1 keer.
