General

There will be plenty who use the VB3 organ simulation software. So there you are with your regular MIDI keyboard. Mja, even if it has faders on it, it doesn't really look like an organ does it, and those keyboard keys of that MIDI keyboard don't exactly exude 'organ' either. This Crumar DK61 is then exactly what you need. However much it looks like one of the Crumar drawbar organs, it really is a MIDI keyboard, so there are no audio outputs either. The nice thing is that - as you also see with other MIDI controllers/keyboards - this nevertheless hefty device is USB-powered. In theory, you could sit in the middle of a forest with your laptop (with VB3) and this DK61, and then you would have a virtual tone wheel organ there. In theory, because the DK61 is obviously not a small device sitting somewhere at the bottom of your rucksack. But whatever your goal, a USB/MIDI keyboard with waterfall keys and the real controls of an organ, we don't see that often. If that's exactly what you're looking for, now you've found it!
