This John Petrucci Signature FretWrap by Gruv Gear (Ernie Ball 9646) is a professional string damper for extra-tight takes and noise-free live performances. Ideal for high-gain sounds, tapping and technical passages, as it effectively suppresses overtones and buzzing open strings. Thanks to the adjustable strap, you can set the damping level yourself. The Small (SM) version fits 6-string electric and acoustic guitars, 4-string basses and ukuleles, and can be quickly slid over the headstock when not in use.
