Samson Resolv SE5 PCBA Preamp Input Assembly

Pretty good circuit. It's based on 2068D op amps which I believe run at +-15v. It includes a volume potentiometer which is notched at 50%. It also includes a high frequency lift with a satisfyingly firm stepped potentiometer that has settings for -2dB, 0dB, +2dB, and +4dB. I haven't traced all of the connections yet but it seems to support both balanced and unbalanced inputs. It'll be a fine preamp for my homemade monitors.
