If you own an Apple iPhone or iPad, and you'd like record on those devices with a variety of microphones, then the i-XLR interface is the solution for you. Using the headphone jack to operate different components will make recording with your mobile easy! They've thought of everything. On the controller, you'll find, among other things, a 20dB boost when you use a dynamic microphone. It works with a so-called 'companion app', which is full of handy tips and tricks about settings and sound.

Geweldig! Ik gebruik de i-xlr van Røde in combinatie met de reportermicrofoon en ben er erg blij mee. De video op deze site laat eigenlijk alles zien zodat het product in dat opzicht geen verdere introductie behoeft. Je installeert de app gewoon op je (mini) i-pad of i-phone (lees: toestel), aansluiten en het werkt. Waar je wel even aan moet denken is de via "instellingen" op je i-pad of i-phone de microfoon op de reporter-app aan te zetten. Heel handig is ook de aansluiting voor een hoofdtelefoon voor volumecontrole.
